As the Manager, Customer Success, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers focused on helping customers achieve business value from their investment in Quest solutions. You will be responsible for team performance, customer retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

This role partners closely with Sales, Renewals, Product, Support, and Professional Services to ensure customers receive a consistent and high-quality experience throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, supporting their performance, growth, and career development.
Drive team success across key customer outcomes including adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, and value realization.
Guide customer engagement strategies, Success Plans, and Executive Business Reviews to ensure consistent delivery of customer value.
Monitor customer health and business risks, supporting escalation management and risk mitigation when needed.
Partner with Sales, Renewals, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support growth opportunities.
Improve team effectiveness through scalable processes, best practices, and operational excellence.
Foster a customer-centric culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years of people management experience leading Customer Success or customer-facing teams.
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar SaaS customer-facing role.
Proven experience driving customer adoption, retention, and business value within enterprise software organizations.
Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing executive-level customer relationships and navigating complex customer environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing customer escalations and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Customer Success and CRM platforms such as Gainsight and Salesforce.

Nice to Have

Experience leading Customer Success teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience supporting digital transformation or migration initiatives, including transitions from on-premises to SaaS solutions.
Understanding of enterprise technology environments, including identity, security, or platform management solutions.
Experience using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and customer engagement.

In compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, the base salary for this role starts from EUR 74,320 annually. Actual base salary will vary based on experience, qualifications, and performance. This role is also eligible to participate in a commission plan, with commission governed by a formal corporate compensation plan. Benefits are offered on a country-by-country basis.
