McKessonisseekingaKinaxisMaestroSupplyChainPlanningSolutionsEngineertosupporttheconfiguration,enhancement,andoptimisationofKinaxisMaestro(formerlyRapidResponse)solutionsthatenableeffectivesupplychainplanninganddecision-making.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical partners to deliver scalable planning solutions across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation, andnetworkplanningprocesses.Youwillhelptranslatebusinessrequirementsintosystemconfigurations,supportintegrationsanddatamanagementactivities,andcontributetocontinuousimprovementinitiativesthatenhanceplanningcapabilitiesacrosstheorganisation.

Thisroleisidealforahands-onKinaxisprofessionalwhoenjoyssolvingbusinesschallengesthroughtechnologyandcollaboratingwithcross-functionalteamsinadynamicenvironment.

WhatYou'llDo(Responsibilities)

Configure,maintain,andenhanceKinaxisMaestrosolutionstosupportsupplychainplanningprocesses.
Buildandmodifyworkbooks,worksheets,crosstabs,dashboards,profilevariables,expressions,andbusinessrules.
SupportDemandPlanning,SupplyPlanning,InventoryOptimisation,NetworkPlanning,DRP,MPS,andCapacityPlanninginitiatives.
Collaboratewithbusinessstakeholderstounderstandrequirementsandtranslatethemintoeffectivesystemconfigurationsandsolutiondesigns.
Supportdataintegrationactivities,includingdatamapping,validation,scheduleddataloads,andtroubleshootingdataqualityissues.
Performsystemtesting,validateenhancements,andensuresolutionsmeetbusinessrequirements.
Investigateandresolveapplicationissuesthroughrootcauseanalysisandongoingmonitoring.
Supportplatformperformanceoptimisationandmaintainsystemreliability.
Partnerwithtechnicalteamstosupportintegrationsandensuredataaccuracyacrossconnectedsystems.
Documentsolutiondesigns,configurations,andsupportprocesses.
Shareknowledgeandprovideguidancetolessexperiencedteammemberswhilecontributingtoteambestpracticesandcontinuousimprovementefforts.

BasicRequirements

4+yearsofrelevantexperienceimplementing,configuring,orsupportingenterpriseplanningsolutions.
Hands-onexperiencewithKinaxisMaestro(RapidResponse)configurationandsolutionsupport.
ExperienceconfiguringKinaxisworkbooks,worksheets,crosstabs,expressions,profilevariables,andbusinessrules.
Experiencesupportingoneormoreofthefollowingsupplychaindisciplines:
- DemandPlanning
- SupplyPlanning
- InventoryOptimisation
- NetworkPlanning
- DistributionRequirementsPlanning(DRP)
- MasterProductionScheduling(MPS)
Experiencewithdataintegration,datamapping,validation,andscheduleddataupdates.
Stronganalytical,troubleshooting,andproblem-solvingskills.
Experiencegatheringbusinessrequirementsandtranslatingthemintosystemconfigurations.
