In this role, you will act as the voice of our Channel partners and Sales teams within EMEIA Operations, ensuring that regional priorities are clearly understood and actioned. You will embrace the unique opportunities of diverse markets, partnering closely with the Channel Sales team to develop and support key sales goals for both direct and indirect Resellers. Operating in a highly collaborative matrix environment, you will drive alignment across Sales, Sales Finance, and Worldwide Reseller Operations to ensure we consistently show up for our partners as “One Apple.”","responsibilities":"Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team to adapt to Apple’s evolving business needs. Operational Excellence: Drive a management system that ensures continuous improvement in service levels, demand planning, inventory assortment, and the digital customer experience.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Actively participate in NPI planning to ensure smooth, timely product transitions and collaborate across teams to reduce time-to-market.
Supply Demand Management (SDM): Partner closely with SDM teams to optimise weekly channel sell-through. Provide informed input to demand forecasting and collaborate on allocation strategies during times of product constraint.
Project Leadership: Identify and lead key initiatives that deliver measurable benefits in planning optimisation, customer fulfilment, sell-through maximisation, and cost savings. Collaborate with Operations & Geo Expansion Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Sales BPR, and other teams to execute capital and non-capital projects.
Global Alignment: Act as the primary communication link with the Worldwide Reseller Operations organisation, fostering strong partnerships and sharing best practices across global regions.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of relevant work experience in a Planning, Logistics, Retail, Finance, or Operations within a fast-paced product-driven industry.
3+ years of experience at a senior management level, with a demonstrated track record of hiring, motivating, and developing diverse teams and people managers.
Demonstrated experience in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain management.
