Chef Manager
Location: Citywest, Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €40,000 per annum plus Sodexo Benefits

Are you an experienced chef looking to take the next step into management, or an established Chef Manager seeking a fresh challenge?

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Chef Manager to lead our catering operation in Citywest. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating great food, developing people, and taking ownership of a busy catering service.

The role is ideal for a chef who is ready to progress their career, with the opportunity to manage a small, established catering team in a supportive environment. You'll also have the guidance of an experienced Site Lead, giving you the backing and support needed to build your confidence and develop your management skills.

Working closely with your team, the client, and the wider management team, you'll help deliver high-quality food, excellent service, and a welcoming dining experience every day.

What we're looking for

We're interested in hearing from people who have a passion for food, enjoy leading others, and are ready to grow their career.

You'll ideally have:

Experience Sous Chef, Head Chef, or similar senior kitchen role.
A professional cookery qualification such as 7061/7062 or equivalent.
Good knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
Experience supporting menu planning, stock management, and food cost control.
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example.
A customer-focused mindset and the confidence to build positive relationships with clients and customers.
A proactive and organised approach to managing a busy catering environment.

You'll be passionate about delivering great food and service and excited by the opportunity to develop your leadership career. You'll enjoy managing a small team, building strong relationships, and finding ways to continuously improve the catering experience for customers and clients.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who is eager to take on greater responsibility while working within a supportive structure, with an established Site Lead and wider management team available to provide guidance and support as you grow in the role.
