Full job description

Location: Cavan Town

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a reliable, physically fit, and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our busy tyre distribution centre in Cavan Town.

Key Responsibilities

Unloading shipments, stacking, and organising tyre stock efficiently.
Preparing, picking, and packing orders for daily dispatch and trade deliveries.
Operating company vehicles for occasional stock runs or local deliveries.
Performing stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
Ensuring the warehouse remains safe, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Full, Clean Driving Licence: Mandatory for operating company vehicles.
Age Requirement: Must be aged 25 or older (strictly required for company fleet insurance purposes).
Physical Fitness: The role involves manual handling and heavy lifting.
Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, punctual, and able to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
Experience: Previous warehouse or tyre trade experience is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
