We are seeking a reliable, physically fit, and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our busy tyre distribution centre in Cavan Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading shipments, stacking, and organising tyre stock efficiently.
- Preparing, picking, and packing orders for daily dispatch and trade deliveries.
- Operating company vehicles for occasional stock runs or local deliveries.
- Performing stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory counts.
- Ensuring the warehouse remains safe, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Full, Clean Driving Licence: Mandatory for operating company vehicles.
- Age Requirement: Must be aged 25 or older (strictly required for company fleet insurance purposes).
- Physical Fitness: The role involves manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, punctual, and able to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or tyre trade experience is an advantage, though full training will be provided.
