Electro Automation Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Dublin 15. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Engineers, customers, incoming deliveries, and logistics operations. You will help ensure the efficient movement, storage, and control of stock while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will:
- Receive, inspect and process incoming goods against purchase orders on a same-day basis.
- Processing requests and email orders from the service team, managers, and engineers, identifying requirements and ensuring materials are ready for pick-up or dispatch.
- Good outwards management
- Process stock issues, returns and customer returns daily.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with cycle counting and stock accuracy initiatives.
- Ensure all products are correctly barcoded and traceable on receipt and dispatch.
- Conduct inter-store transfers and ensure transfers are processed promptly.
- Store goods in their designated locations and maintain stock organisation.
- Support packing, dispatch, receiving and quarantine areas to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Ensure that any office deliveries are delivered to office staff in a timely and secure manner.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness across warehouse and yard areas.
- Ensure packing materials and consumables are available when required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational targets and service levels.
- Adhere to company Health and Safety procedures, ISO standards and environmental waste policies.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Your Areas of Knowledge & Expertise – That Matter to Us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 1–2 years' experience within a warehouse or stock management environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- A valid Reach Truck and Forklift qualification.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A customer-focused approach, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- A strong appreciation for Health and Safety and quality standards.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Full clean driving licence
Bonus Areas – Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:
- Experience managing off-site stock locations.
- Previous experience using barcode systems and warehouse management software.
- Experience supporting service or engineering operations.
- Knowledge of stock control and cycle count procedures.
- Experience working within an ISO or quality-controlled environment.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Warehouse operating hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm.
