Full job description

Supervisor – New Athlone Store

At Namo, we’re more than just burritos. We’re building one of Ireland’s fastest-growing fast-casual food brands, focused on fresh food, great people, and strong customer experiences.

We are hiring a Supervisor for our brand-new Athlone store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, help train the team, maintain high standards, and lead shifts during and after launch.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
Lead shifts and motivate the team during busy periods.
Help train new team members before and after opening.
Deliver excellent customer service and consistent food quality.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Follow HACCP, company procedures, and operational standards.
Support with stock control, waste management, and daily checks.
Help create a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.
Act as a key point of responsibility when the Store Manager is not present.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment.
Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
Strong communication and people skills.
Reliable, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
Comfortable taking responsibility during shifts.
Passion for great food, great service, and strong team culture.
