The Restaurant Supervisor will support the General Manager in the effective and efficient day to day operations of Dead Centre Brewing, an award-winning bar, restaurant and craft brewery. We want to make sure that guest expectations are met or, preferably, smacked out of the park!
The Restaurant Supervisor will work to ensure that the premises are presented to a high standard, to ensure the restaurant and team operates as it needs to and to ensure the delivery of a safe and enjoyable experience for every customer that crosses the threshold.
What we require from you:
- At least 2 years experience in hospitality
- Must have a willingness to learn about our products
- Eligible to work full-time hours
- Exceptional service standards
- Operational experience
- Preferably experience leading teams
- A head for event planning
- Experience supervising busy food/drink venues
- Guest obsessed, always aiming to exceed customer expectations
- An ability to work in a clean and tidy manner to to assist others to do the same
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
