Supervisor – New Athlone Store

We are hiring a Supervisor for our brand-new Athlone store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, help train the team, maintain high standards, and lead shifts during and after launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
- Lead shifts and motivate the team during busy periods.
- Help train new team members before and after opening.
- Deliver excellent customer service and consistent food quality.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Follow HACCP, company procedures, and operational standards.
- Support with stock control, waste management, and daily checks.
- Help create a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture.
- Act as a key point of responsibility when the Store Manager is not present.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Reliable, organised, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
- Comfortable taking responsibility during shifts.
- Passion for great food, great service, and strong team culture.
