Western Motors Group | Galway, Drogheda & Dundalk

Western Motors Group is one of Ireland's leading motor retail groups, representing Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, ŠKODA, SEAT and CUPRA.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Group Head of Marketing to join our leadership team and lead the development and execution of the Group's marketing, digital and customer engagement strategy.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, lead generation and marketing performance across all Group locations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, manufacturer partners and dealership teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement the Group marketing strategy.
Manage all digital marketing, social media, CRM and lead generation activities.
Oversee brand management across all locations and customer touchpoints.
Manage manufacturer marketing programmes, funding claims and brand compliance.
Plan and deliver events, sponsorships and promotional campaigns.
Analyse marketing performance and ROI, providing regular reports and recommendations.
Lead the marketing function and drive innovation, including the use of AI and emerging technologies.

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
Strong digital marketing and lead generation expertise.
Commercially focused with excellent analytical skills.
Experience managing budgets, campaigns and external partners.
Outstanding communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple dealerships and business functions.
The role involves regular travel between Western Motors Group locations, including Galway, Drogheda and Dundalk, and a full driving licence is required.
