Corporate Sales Representative (B2B)

Location: Kildare (with travel across Ireland)

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Salary: €35,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

McBride Property Ireland provides quality serviced accommodation for construction, engineering, renewable energy, pharmaceutical and corporate workforces across Ireland.

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Corporate Sales Representative to help us take the business to the next level.

This isn’t a role where you’ll sit behind a desk waiting for enquiries to come in. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting clients, spotting opportunities and winning new business.

About the Role

This is a varied role combining outbound sales, account management and inbound enquiries.

You’ll play a key role in growing McBride Property Ireland by developing new relationships, looking after existing clients and helping maximise occupancy across our accommodation portfolio.

You’ll spend time meeting clients, visiting construction sites, networking, following up new opportunities and working alongside the General Manager and wider team to continue growing the business.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their role and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone or knock on a door.

Essentials

· Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.

· Proven ability to build strong client relationships and generate new business.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use your own initiative.

· The majority of our properties are located across Dublin, Kildare and Meath, therefore applicants should be based within a reasonable travelling distance of these areas.

· Full clean driving licence.

· Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout Ireland as part of the role.

Experience within construction, recruitment, serviced accommodation, hospitality or property would be advantageous but is not essential.

Hiring time: 2-4 weeks +

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Business Development

· Proactively identify and win new corporate clients.

· Build relationships with construction companies, engineering firms, renewable energy companies, recruiters and corporate organisations.

· Generate new business through calls, emails, networking and client visits, attending construction road shows

· Attend meetings with prospective and existing clients across Ireland.

Sales

· Prepare quotations and accommodation proposals.

· Follow up leads and maximise conversion rates.

· Negotiate rates and secure bookings.

· Maximise occupancy across our accommodation portfolio.

· Respond to inbound enquiries.

Account Management

· Build long-term relationships with existing clients.

· Regularly check in with key accounts.

· Identify opportunities for repeat business.

· Deliver an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to departure.

Business Growth

· Identify opportunities to expand our client base.

· Support new accommodation opportunities as the business grows.

· Work closely with the General Manager and wider team to help achieve company growth targets.

Administration

· Keep your CRM and sales pipeline up to date.

· Report on weekly sales activity.

· Track opportunities from enquiry through to booking.
