ABOUT SISU CLINIC

Welcome to where beauty meets medicine. At Sisu Clinic we have 26 successful Doctor-led Aesthetic Clinics in Ireland, London and the USA.

We specialise in age-prevention & restorative non-invasive treatments, including but not limited to; Botox, Dermal fillers, Skin boosters, Thread lifts, and more.

Founded in 2018 by Dr James Cotter and Dr Brian Cotter, along with serial entrepreneur Pat Phelan, we’re a purpose-driven organization that embraces the value of each one of its team members and are constantly striving to improve.

YOUR NEW ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, talented Front of House Specialist to join our team.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who is just as passionate about our patient-focused approach as we are, and who can really align themselves with our company values of Empathy, Integrity, Innovation & Timelessness.

This position will be Full-Time with working hours of 37.5 hours per week, and you’ll be based in our beautiful, modern Blackrock & Greystones clinics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Open and close the Clinic
Ensure the smooth running of the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Be responsible for operating the Point-Of-Sale and booking system including end-of-day reconciliation.
Ensure patients feel welcomed by providing an informative and engaging experience during every visit.
Manage the appointment book and keep patients informed of any changes in a timely manner.
Deal with incoming and outgoing enquiries, both via phone and email.
General stock management.
Drive sales through excellent patient consultation and sharing of product knowledge to achieve your personal objectives and the retail targets.
General upkeep and housekeeping of the clinic.
