Full job description

Quinn Property Management is seeking an enthusiastic, efficient, and highly organised Office Administrator to join our growing team.

As one of the largest property service providers in Munster and the Mid-West, we deliver expert services in Block Management, Lettings, Sales, and Valuations. We are accredited by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and our management team is fully registered with the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA).

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide administrative support for a designated portfolio of properties.
Assist the sales, lettings, and management teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and file management systems.
Support the smooth running of the office through general administrative duties.

Key Skills

Highly organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional phone manner.
Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks based on urgency.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on your own initiative.

Qualifications & Experience

Ideally a third-level qualification in business, property, or a related discipline (desirable but not essential).
Strong interest in the property sector and willingness to learn.
Previous administrative experience is an advantage.
