About Us

We are a new boutique Pilates studio opening in Ballina and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, qualified Pilates Instructor to join our founding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new studio from the beginning, help create a welcoming community, and play an important role in establishing the studio’s reputation for high-quality Pilates instruction.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and professional Pilates Instructor who can deliver safe, effective and engaging classes to clients of varying ages and abilities.

You will be responsible for creating a positive studio experience while ensuring clients receive knowledgeable, attentive and personalised instruction.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Pilates classes in a professional and welcoming environment
Teach classes suitable for a range of abilities, from beginners to more experienced clients
Provide clear demonstrations, instruction and appropriate modifications
Ensure clients are exercising safely and using correct technique
Create a positive, supportive and motivating atmosphere
Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to client retention
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and studio presentation
Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the studio when required
Attend team meetings, training and studio events as needed
Represent the studio’s values and contribute to building our community

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Fully qualified in Pilates with a recognised Pilates qualification
Experienced in teaching Pilates classes [and/or 1:1 sessions]
Passionate about movement, fitness and helping people achieve their goals
Confident working with clients of different ages, fitness levels and abilities
Friendly, approachable and professional
Reliable, punctual and organised
A strong communicator with excellent people skills
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Committed to continued learning and professional development

Reformer Pilates experience is [essential/preferred], depending on the studio's requirements.
