Chef de Partie – High-End Workplace Catering

Location: Dublin 1
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Occasional Events: Approximately 2 evening events per month
Salary: €16.50-19.00 based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a prestigious high-end workplace catering site in Dublin 1.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with quality ingredients, fresh food and high standards, while also having the benefit of a predominantly Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Our operation delivers a high-quality food experience across breakfast, lunch, hospitality and events, with a strong focus on presentation, consistency and customer service.

As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, taking responsibility for your section and helping to deliver food to an exceptionally high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for your allocated section, ensuring it is organised, clean and fully prepared for service.
Prepare and cook high-quality food for breakfast, lunch, hospitality and events.
Follow recipes, specifications and presentation standards consistently.
Assist with daily preparation and mise en place.
Ensure food is produced to the required quality, quantity and presentation standards.
Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
Contribute ideas for menus, dishes and presentation.
Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health & safety and HACCP.
Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste.
Work closely with the wider front-of-house and hospitality teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist with the delivery of occasional evening events, approximately twice per month.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

An experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to take the next step.
Passionate about food and delivering consistently high standards.
Comfortable working with fresh, quality ingredients.
Organised and able to manage their own section effectively.
A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment.
Knowledgeable about HACCP and food safety procedures.
Detail-focused, particularly when it comes to presentation and consistency.
Professionally presented and comfortable working within a premium corporate environment.
