Ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate a true passion for food, customer service and an ability to work as part of a large team
- Willingness to learn and assist in all aspects of kitchen work- including restaurants, banqueting and in-room dining
- Ideally you will hold, or be working towards, a recognised culinary qualification and relevant high quality Restaurant or Hotel experience - however a comprehensive training program will be provided to the successful candidates
