As we continue to evolve our brand and strengthen our digital and in-store presence, we are seeking an ambitious and creative Brand & Marketing Executive to join our team.

Role Purpose

The Brand & Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, member communications, and digital marketing activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints while helping to drive footfall, sales, and engagement across the Expert network.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about branding, retail marketing, digital communications, and delivering effective campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

· Support the delivery of the Expert brand strategy across all channels.

· Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied throughout the retail network.

· Develop and maintain marketing collateral, point-of-sale material, and promotional assets.

· Monitor and protect brand integrity across digital and physical platforms.

Campaign Management

· Plan and execute national and local marketing campaigns.

· Coordinate promotional calendars with suppliers, members, and external agencies.

· Manage campaign timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

· Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide post-campaign reporting.

Digital Marketing

· Support content creation for social media platforms, website, email marketing, and digital advertising.

· Assist in managing digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.

· Monitor website content and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.

· Track and report on key digital performance metrics.

Member & Supplier Support

· Work closely with Expert member stores to provide marketing support and guidance.

· Liaise with suppliers to coordinate co-funded marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

· Delivery of marketing toolkits and campaign assets to member stores.

Communications

· Develop engaging content for internal and external communications.

· Prepare presentations, reports, newsletters, and marketing updates.

· Maintain strong relationships with members, suppliers, agencies, and media partners.

Events & Promotions

· Support the planning and execution of member conferences, trade events, supplier events, and retail promotions.

· Coordinate marketing materials and event logistics as required.

Analysis & Reporting

· Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.

· Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.

· Provide recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and return on investment.

Skills & Experience

Essential

· Degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

· Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing role.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organisational and project management abilities.

· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally within Ireland.

Desirable

· Experience in retail, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.

· Experience working with creative agencies and media partners.

· Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.

· Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
