About the role

We are seeking an exceptionally user-obsessed, mobile-native, and execution-driven Staff Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of the Hostaway Mobile App. This is the product our customers reach for in the field, between cleanings, while resolving guest issues, or on the move between properties.

In this role, you will define the vision, roadmap, and execution for a mobile experience serving multiple personas (property managers, owners, and cleaners), each with distinct workflows. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to deliver a focused, high-quality, mobile-first product that drives adoption, retention, and daily active usage.

What you will do:

Become the definitive owner of the Hostaway mobile app within your first few weeks, setting its vision, strategy, and roadmap in step with our Domain product teams.
Run continuous discovery as your default operating mode, spending real time with app users and turning what you learn into clear north stars, opportunities, and scoped requirements.
Prototype your way to conviction: use AI tools to turn ideas into working prototypes you can put in front of users and engineers, and don't be afraid to ship code when it's the fastest path to learning.
Set the app's north-star and supporting metrics, find the drivers that genuinely move them, and ensure instrumentation ships with every feature.
Own adoption, engagement, and retention as outcomes you're accountable for, including identifying where AI can make a real difference for an on-the-go, multi-persona tool.
Partner closely with Product Design to deliver experiences that feel genuinely native on iOS and Android, fast, intuitive, and built for the field.
Drive GTM readiness for every release so Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, CS, and Support are equipped before launch.

7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in B2B SaaS platforms and demonstrated focus on mobile applications.
Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on mobile products on iOS and Android, including ownership of App Store and Play Store release cycles.
You build with AI as part of your daily workflow, comfortable going from idea to clickable or working prototype with AI coding tools, and excited by the idea of a PM who ships, not just specs.
Demonstrated success building and scaling B2B SaaS products with multiple user personas and complex workflows (e.g. Admins, Operators, Field Staff, Service Providers).
Proven ability to deeply understand and prioritize the needs of diverse user groups, translating insights into impactful product features — with first-hand experience in customer research and field interviews.
Track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration, and of operating with autonomy on both assigned and self-identified problems.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable creating clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Passion for user-centric design and delivering intuitive, high-value experiences — with a particular love for mobile-first products. Experience in the vacation rental, hospitality, or property management space is a strong plus.
