Full job description

Full Time - On Site

The Role:

Exciting new full time office administration role for the right candidate where you will be supporting the management and colleagues at Greenpro Energy based in Carlow town.

The Company:

We provide expert energy assessment and advisory services for homeowners and businesses across Ireland. Our goal is to help clients understand their building’s energy performance and make informed decisions to improve efficiency, comfort, and compliance. The Responsibilities:

Research Project Operations issues and escalate or re-direct as necessary
Front of House Duties
Adhere to established processes and policies at GPEC
Calendar management which will involve scheduling client jobs for each BER Assessor, arranging meetings and organise staff events
Document processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Coordinate all administrative tasks in line with BER operations and requirements.
Check and organise BER documentation for each client (training will be provided)

The Skills & Experience Required:

Superior attention to detail and sense of urgency
Very resourceful with exceptional follow through
Solution mindset with the ability to contribute with suggestions
Self-starter who is highly motivated and who thinks independently
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner
Proven office operations experience with 3-5 years’ experience
Experience working in construction industry desirable

Immediate start

Reporting to:

Maeve Clifford, Office Manager & Director

Salary Scale

€33,000 to €36,000 dependent on experience

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm

Friday 8.30am – 4pm
