Administrator

Location: Ennis, Co. Clare
Job Type: Full-time

About EMG Energy Consultants

EMG Energy Consultants is one of Ireland's fastest-growing energy consultancies, specialising in energy consultation, design, solutions, delivery, and implementation for both domestic and commercial new-build and retrofit projects. Based in the heart of Ennis, Co. Clare, we primarily serve clients throughout Munster and South Connacht.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and personable Administrator to join our expanding team.

This is a varied and rewarding role that is central to the smooth day-to-day running of the business. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, communicate confidently with homeowners and clients, and support both daily operations and the continued growth of the company.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 2 years of administration experience
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and accounting software.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Full eligibility to work in Ireland

Key Responsibilities

Manage diaries and schedule property surveys
Act as the first point of contact for homeowners and clients, providing a professional and friendly service
Coordinate communication between homeowners, surveyors, directors, and corporate clients
Carry out general administrative duties, including answering calls, responding to emails, data entry, document preparation, and filing
Assist with job planning and project coordination
Manage staff annual leave records, equipment orders, and office stationery
Support invoicing and financial administration
Liaise with Directors regarding financial administration, business growth, and new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
Contribute ideas to improve business processes and support continued company growth
