Full job description

We now have a fantastic new opportunity for a Banqueting Manager to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.

The Banqueting Manager oversees all aspects of the hotel's banqueting and events operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient coordination between departments.

Main Duties:

Manage day-to-day banqueting operations across multiple events
Ensure service standards are consistently met or exceeded
Monitor event timelines to ensure everything runs on schedule
Act as the main point of contact during events
Handle guest requests, complaints, and last-minute changes professionally
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Manage budgets, staffing costs, and inventory
Work with sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities
Ensure accurate billing and cost control

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality or Banqueting Management role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
