The 5* College Green Hotel Dublin (part of the MHL Hotel Collection and Marriott International) is currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join the Conference & Banqueting team.
Who is our ideal candidate?
We are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As an F&B Assistant in our Conference & Banqueting team, you will play an important role in delivering a wide range of events and functions. You will enjoy engaging with guests, providing knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations and helping to create memorable occasions from setup through to the end of each event.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or Conference & Banqueting environment is desirable, but most importantly, you will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering the high standards expected in a five-star hotel.
