About the Role

This is a key hire for our growing Dublin office. As we continue to scale our presence across the Republic of Ireland, we’re looking for the right candidate to take ownership of the day-to-day management of our Irish R&D claims and compliance work, to ensure each claim focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions for our clients.

You'll manage a high volume of compliance activity end to end, from reviewing claims through to submission, while acting as a trusted point of contact for our clients. It's a role with real responsibility and autonomy from day one, with the room to grow as our Irish practice grows.

In This Role You’ll

Review R&D claim expenditure to ensure they meet the relevant legislation

Perform benefit calculations for each client

Send submission instructions out to clients/accountants

Liaise with clients and their accountants to ensure submissions to Revenue are completed seamlessly

Manage the pre-notification process, ensuring forms are submitted on time and accurately

Chase and manage CT1 submissions and related compliance activity

Advise clients on technical queries as their point of contact

What We're Looking For

ATT or CTA qualified

Experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level, or a senior associate ready to step up

A background in tax compliance, ideally with exposure to R&D

Strong attention to detail — accuracy is everything in this role

Well organised, with the ability to manage a high volume of work and keep everything moving to deadline

Confident dealing directly with clients and their accountants
