- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional qualification ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience in fixed asset or inventory accounting.
- Experience engaging with external auditors.
- Experience with data analytics and proficiency in SQL.
- Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and lead and drive complex reporting initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with executive management.

The Accountant will be part of a global team responsible for a wide spectrum of reporting areas including centralized audit support, stakeholder and query management. The team works directly with both internal and external customers all requiring information from the Fixed Assets team.

- Interface with key statutory compliance business partners in both APAC and EMEA and ensure a high level of service is provided.
- Serves as one of the main point of contacts with our external auditors, assist in the planning and coordinatation of external audits during interim and year end activities.
- Prepare and support documentation for external audits, assist in providing support for samples requested by external auditors as per agreed internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and present financial information to different audiences, including finance leaders, business partners, auditors and regional accountants.
- Identify opportunities and implement programs to eliminate, automate or extended workforce activities.
