We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our wonderful team! This is a full-time role

Requirements:

Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar role but training will be provided
Excellent written & spoken English
Experience with HotSoft an extinctive advantage
Must be fully flexible & available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Manage room allocations in line with guest preferences and special requests
