Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main responsibilities
Show guests to the client floor creating a personalised, engaging and polished experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, supported and confidently guided throughout their journey.
Deliver a warm, five‑star welcome to visitors and employees, consistently reflecting premium hospitality standards and embodying the client’s brand through every interaction.
Manage meeting room bookings coordinating catering, hospitality, AV requirements and room setup to guarantee seamless, well‑organised and professional meetings from start to finish.
Register visitors efficiently using the visitor management system, liaising closely with hosts and security to ensure smooth, timely and compliant check‑ins.
Support the wider guest journey by anticipating needs, offering proactive assistance and ensuring all touchpoints feel polished and intuitive.
Maintain a premium front‑of‑house environment ensuring all spaces remain presentable, welcoming and aligned with high‑end service expectations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues sharing updates, reporting issues and collaborating to deliver a consistent, world‑class service experience.
