BMC Software Solution Engineering professionals are highly consultative, technical, and business experts that deliver the clear vision and strategies required to help customers achieve their desired business outcomes and value. The team partners closely with Sales and customers to capture requirements and articulate how BMC’s unique and differentiated capabilities can best serve customer needs. This is a highly visible team working with our most successful sales teams to support the most prestigious companies around the world.
As an Associate Solution Engineer, you will be working directly with Sales and Presales organizations in a techno-commercial role to create strategies, timelines and deliverables that align customers initiatives to the BMC Control M Product line. Those solutions help the world's largest companies to automate time-sensitive, business-critical workflows and data pipelines.

- Contribute to large, high-profile enterprise opportunities involving modern technologies, multiple stakeholders, and real-world business impact.
- Join customer conversations as a developing solution expert, connecting customer goals with the capabilities and value of BMC solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations based on customer needs, business priorities, and real use cases.
- Represent BMC in customer meetings, industry events, and internal enablement sessions as your knowledge, confidence, and presence grow.
- Support RFPs and customer questions by gathering information, clarifying requirements, and contributing clear, accurate technical input.
- Contribute to product and industry content such as blogs, whitepapers, demonstrations, and enablement materials that help educate and inspire customers.
- Learn how to install, configure, and showcase solutions through proof-of-concept activities aligned to agreed customer requirements.

You will be a recent graduate or early-career professional who is excited by technology, business, and the opportunity to work directly with customers.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is €41,100 - €68,500
