We offer a single source FM solution for our National and International Client List.

Position Offered

MKF are currently recruiting for a suitably qualified and experienced Office Administrator to support a leading multinational Client based in North Dublin.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role will be based on our Client's North Dublin location. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for the site, managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to the Client's team.

General Responsibilities will include;

➢ Act as first point of contact, managing front desk operations.

➢ Greet staff and visitors, signing in/out on arrival/departure.

➢ Issue staff and visitor ID cards, ensuring they are returned nightly.

➢ Manage the Hot Desk facility.

➢ Manage the meeting room bookings.

➢ Management of the facilities support helpdesk, escalating where needed to MKF / landlord contact.

➢ Checking cleaning standards daily.

➢ Checking catering supplies and ordering when required.

➢ Raising Planned POs for various suppliers and raising POs for maintenance works when required.

➢ Support Fire evacuation / Health & Safety procedures.

➢ Maintain the reception handbook to aid support for staff covering for holidays etc.

➢ Provide administrative support such as booking travel for VP Human Resources International and VP Customer Experience, Global Customer Care.

➢ Scan post and distribute via email to the addressee.

➢ Adhoc reception / office admin duties, as agreed by VP Human Resources when required.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

✓ Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar Office Administrator / Front of House role.

✓ Fluent in English, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively with the Client's team and third parties.

✓ Proven ability to work well as part of a broader team, in addition to working well under your own initiative.

✓ Self motivated, polite, hardworking, proactive attitude.

✓ Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

✓ Computer literate (MS Office essential).

✓ The ability to learn quickly and action items as required autonomously.
