Ultimate Pest Control is looking for:
An Office and Accounts Assistant to join our busy office team in Swords. This is a hands-on role covering general office admin, customer service, scheduling, invoicing, accounts support and credit control. You’ll work closely with Daniel Ronan, CEO, Joe Carey, Operations Manager, and Martin Kelly, Service Manager. Key responsibilities include handling calls and emails, scheduling appointments, sending technician reports in real time, raising invoices in Sage or similar, issuing statements, following up overdue accounts, maintaining accurate records, and general office upkeep. You will also liaise with technicians and support the management team.
What we’re looking for:
Someone who can comfortably operate within a busy office environment, previous office admin or accounts experience, confident phone manner, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Sage and credit control experience a strong plus.
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
