Bartender

New Hotel Opening | The Hydro Hotel

We have opened the doors to The Hydro Hotel, and we’re looking for Bartenders to join our opening team and help bring our hospitality vision to life.

A new hotel opening is a unique opportunity. It’s exciting, rewarding, and full of possibilities, but it also means we’re building, learning, and evolving together. We’re looking for people who embrace that journey and want to play a part in creating something special.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service in our bar and food & beverage spaces.

You’ll prepare and serve drinks, engage with guests, support your colleagues, and help create memorable experiences for everyone who visits us.

This is a hands-on role where personality, professionalism, and teamwork are just as important as technical skills behind the bar.

Have previous bartending or hospitality experience
Enjoy interacting with guests and creating a warm welcome
Have a passion for food, drink, and great service
Work well in a fast-paced environment
Are reliable, organised, and team-focused
Take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences
Are flexible and willing to support the wider team when needed
Want to be part of a new hotel opening and help shape its culture

Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits is an advantage, but attitude, personality, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
