We have opened the doors to The Hydro Hotel, and we’re looking for Bartenders to join our opening team and help bring our hospitality vision to life.

About the Role
As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service in our bar and food & beverage spaces.
You’ll prepare and serve drinks, engage with guests, support your colleagues, and help create memorable experiences for everyone who visits us.
This is a hands-on role where personality, professionalism, and teamwork are just as important as technical skills behind the bar.

- Have previous bartending or hospitality experience
- Enjoy interacting with guests and creating a warm welcome
- Have a passion for food, drink, and great service
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Are reliable, organised, and team-focused
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences
- Are flexible and willing to support the wider team when needed
- Want to be part of a new hotel opening and help shape its culture
Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits is an advantage, but attitude, personality, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
