Housekeeping Assistant
New Hotel Opening | Lisdoonvarna
We have opened the doors to The Hydro Hotel, and we’re looking for Housekeeping Assistants to join us on the journey.
A new hotel opening is exciting — but it’s also a work in progress. We’re building our team, shaping how we work together, and creating the standards and atmosphere that will define the guest experience for years to come.
We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy being part of a team, and understand how important housekeeping is in making guests feel genuinely comfortable and cared for.
About the Role
As part of our housekeeping team, you’ll help ensure our guest rooms and public areas are clean, welcoming, and maintained to a high standard.
This role is about more than cleaning rooms — it’s about creating the small details and thoughtful touches that make a guest’s stay feel special.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the hotel in a supportive, hands-on environment where teamwork matters every day.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous housekeeping or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Take pride in maintaining high standards
- Have a good eye for detail
- Are dependable, organised, and hard-working
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Are flexible and willing to help where needed
- Enjoy contributing to a positive guest experience
- Would like to grow with a new hotel opening
What We Offer
- The opportunity to join a brand-new hotel from day one
- A supportive and welcoming team environment
- Training and development opportunities
- The chance to help shape the standards and culture of the hotel
- Staff meals and employee benefits
- Competitive pay based on experience
A New Beginning
Opening a hotel means there will be busy days, learning curves, and moments where everyone works together to make things happen.
What makes it special is the chance to be part of building something from the start — creating an environment that guests remember and a workplace people enjoy being part of.
If that sounds like something you’d love to be involved in, we’d love to hear from you.
