The Properties
PREMIER Suites DUBLIN, Ballsbridge
Located on Merrion Road in the upmarket area of Dublin 4, our historic Victorian building was completely renovated in 2014 to create a luxury all-suite hotel. This luxury property is ideal for the longer staying guest, and consists of 49 contemporary studio, one and two bedroom suites with fitted kitchens, blissful bedrooms and stylish bathrooms and has a superb location next to the RDS and the Aviva Stadium.
PREMIER Suites DUBLIN, Leeson Street
PREMIER SUITES Dublin Leeson Street is located in the centre of Georgian Dublin, around the corner from St Stephens Green and a short stroll from Grafton Street. PREMIER SUITES Dublin Leeson Street is a luxury hotel alternative, offering lavish suites or refined penthouse apartments. The property consists of one- & two-bedroom Suites, Studio Suites and Penthouse Suites.
About The Role
We are currently seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is based across PREMIER SUITES Dublin Leeson Street (mainly) and PREMIER SUITES Dublin Ballsbridge. The successful candidate will be rostered to work scheduled shifts at either property, with work locations allocated in accordance with operational requirements. Flexibility to work at both locations is essential.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to work across two premium Dublin properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival through to departure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling reservations, and ensuring the highest standards of guest service are consistently maintained across both locations.
The ideal candidate will be a positive team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. They will be standards-driven, adaptable, and passionate about hospitality, with a genuine desire to develop their career within a growing and dynamic organisation.
What’s involved in the role:
To carry out receptionist duties - Welcoming guests to the property, Providing effective check-in and check-out and operating the switch board when required.

To anticipate guest’s needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require and beyond their expectations.

Manage telephone and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times

Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business

Maintain a thorough understanding of properties facilities and processes, and contribute to a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts

Ensuring guest complaints, queries and suggestions are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Use of onsite computer systems including Opera and Room cloud channel manager, email and Microsoft packages
A person who may be suited to this role will have:

At least 1 years’ previous experience as a hotel receptionist or similar.

The ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

A creative and solutions-focused approach when problem-solving.
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to use business English verbally and through email correspondence is essential.

Competent in the use of OPERA PMS or comparable hospitality software.
