The Role….
We are seeking a PMO Lead for a 12-month FTC for maternity leave cover. This candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering our organisational level Project Management Office (PMO). This is a unique opportunity lead project management excellence across the business. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Management Team and will own and manage PMO governance, ensuring compliance with project management procedures across all projects.
The PMO Lead (Acting) will be involved in the following:

Act as the central coordination point between Project Managers, Finance, and other key functions

Provide line management and leadership to the PMO team

Deliver core PMO operations aligned to the PMO service catalogue

Drive adoption of new project management processes and systems (including VantagePoint)

Facilitate governance reviews and ensure consistent application of standards

Produce accurate, timely executive-level reporting for Directors and SMT
-
Monitor project performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and PMO practices
This role is based in our Dublin office.
The Candidate - The ideal candidate will possess the following:

5+ years’ experience in a PMO, project management, or project support leadership role preferably within technical and professional services industries.

Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks

Experience managing or coordinating teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly organised with a strong focus on delivery and execution

Proven ability to maintain structure and standards in a fast-paced environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project systems (e.g. Deltek VantagePoint desirable)

Member of Association for Project Management (APM) or working towards membership or equivalent, i.e. Project Management Institute (PMI) desirable
