As a Director for Identity and Access Management (IAM), you'll lead a team of problem solvers to address complex security challenges from strategy through execution. You will play a crucial role in defining and implementing IAM strategies that ensure secure and efficient access to resources across our clients' organi s ations . This includes the management and deployment of IAM technologies in large-scale environments, leveraging solutions like CyberArk for privileged access management, Okta for identity management and authentication, and Saviynt for access governance and compliance. The PwC Evolved Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include, but are not limited to:
Advise clients on IAM best practices, standards, and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Extensive experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions across large and complex environments, with proficiency in leading IAM technologies such as CyberArk, Okta, and Saviynt.
Strong familiarity with IAM strategies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM), utili s ing tools like CyberArk, Okta, and Saviynt for enhanced access control and security.
Deep knowledge of security principles related to identity management, access control, and authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, Kerberos).
One or more certifications related to IAM or cybersecurity is a plus: Certified IAM Professional (CIAM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
