Full job description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role.
Experience in a sales role in a technology and cloud computing environment.
Experience working with customers in Central or Eastern Europe.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in working with a tiered channel and partners as well as directly with customers, owning the full business-cycle.
Experience with technology sales, focused on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend.
Experience in Cloud/SaaS working with SMB and Mid-Market customers.
Experience in promoting Google Workspace or productivity tools in EMEA.
Ability to communicate in Polish fluently to engage with customers in the region.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing Google Cloud customers to maintain and grow their existing business.
Work with business partners to generate business opportunities within their customer base.
Identify opportunities to advocate for other parts of the Google product and services portfolio.
Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing to improve the overall customer experience.
