Build a name with big-brand businesses and corporate clients, delivering high-quality nutritious meals for boardroom lunches, executive events, and daily workplace dining. This role calls for a chef who can blend maintaining excellent standards, while working efficiently in a fast-paced, trend-setting, client-focused environment.

What you'll do:

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch to a consistently high standard.
Plan and produce balanced, nutritious and varied meals.
Ensure food is presented to a high professional standard at all times.
Cater for approximately 8 Fathers daily, with consideration for individual dietary requirements, allergies and preferences.
Maintain excellent standards of food quality, portion control and presentation.
Keep the kitchen, food preparation areas and equipment clean, organised and hygienic.
Ensure all food is stored, labelled and rotated correctly.
Monitor food supplies and support the ordering and management of kitchen stock.
Minimise food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
Maintain appropriate temperature records and food safety documentation where required.
Ensure the kitchen is left clean, safe and ready for use after each service.
Work respectfully and discreetly within the values and environment of the Religious Order.

What you'll bring:

Have previous experience working as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen.
Be capable of producing fresh, well-balanced and attractively presented meals.
Have excellent attention to detail and high personal standards.
Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Be flexible regarding working days and hours.
Be respectful, discreet and professional at all times.
Understand the importance of working sensitively within a religious and residential environment.
Be confident managing dietary requirements and food allergies.
Have good organisational and time-management skills.
Hold an appropriate Food Hygiene / Food Safety qualification, or be willing to obtain one.
