Café Supervisor

East Village Coffee | Clondalkin, Dublin

Salary: €37,000–€45,000 DOE

East Village Coffee is an award-winning independent café known for exceptional speciality coffee, an elevated brunch menu and genuine hospitality. We're looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to help lead our busy day-to-day operations and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of an ambitious independent café.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality.
At least 3 years' experience in a senior or supervisory role.
Experience working in a busy café or speciality coffee environment.
A genuine passion for coffee, food and hospitality.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A positive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail.
An interest in food trends, speciality coffee and continuously improving the customer experience.

The Role

Lead and support the front-of-house team.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain high standards across coffee, food and service.
Help train, motivate and develop the team.
Work closely with management to improve systems and help shape the future of the business.
