The food delivery industry has experienced unprecedented growth and transformation over the last few years. Just Eat has evolved at pace to meet shifting consumer behaviors and a competitive new landscape, with our Sales team becoming a vital component of our strategic objectives within Ireland.

Just Eat Ireland is seeking a highly driven Sales Team Lead to lead and optimise our inside sales function. This is a critical role that combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, focusing on driving revenue growth, enhancing sales efficiency, and developing a world-class inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in inside sales leadership, sales operations, and developing scalable sales processes.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Dublin office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Country Sales Lead

These are some of the key components to the position:

Develop and execute the overall inside sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share growth.
Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align inside sales strategies with overall company goals and go-to-market plans.
Implement and continuously optimise efficient and scalable inside sales processes, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and handoff.
Establish and monitor KPIs for the inside sales team, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Continuous training and mentoring the inside team to remain a high-performing inside sales team and looking for new ways to explore new leads.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to the team.

What will you bring to the team?

Extensive experience in inside sales or business development teams in fast-paced environments, with a track record of driving outbound activity to consistently exceed revenue targets.
Strong commercial awareness to identify revenue opportunities with strategic brands and chains while aligning inside sales strategies with overall JET goals.
Deep expertise in building scalable sales workflows, designing high-converting sales collateral, and utilising Salesforce to ensure pipeline accuracy.
A proven ability to foster high-performing team cultures through continuous mentoring, structured coaching, and driving individual accountability.
Highly analytical mindset, translating complex sales metrics into actionable insights, robust forecasting, and strategic retention plans.
Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with National and Regional Account Management teams, ensuring a seamless onboarding and handover process.
Highly motivated, resilient self-starter with a positive approach to managing multiple priorities and thriving in a target-driven environment.
