As our installation department continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Installation Team Leader to help drive the next stage of our business.
This is more than an installation role. We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of projects, enjoys solving problems and takes genuine pride in delivering installations to an exceptional standard. You'll play a key role in maintaining the quality, professionalism and customer experience that Fitness Equipment Ireland is known for.
The Role
As Lead Installer you will:
· Lead and motivate installation teams on projects across Ireland
· Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard
· Take ownership of jobs from arrival on-site through to successful completion
· Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contractors and site managers
· Solve problems confidently and keep projects moving when challenges arise
· Deliver high-quality finishes and ensure every installation is completed with attention to detail
· Lead by example, maintaining high standards of workmanship, professionalism and safety
· Represent Fitness Equipment Ireland professionally on every project
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with at least one year’s experience leading installation teams within a trade or construction environment.
Previous gym equipment installation experience is an advantage but not essential. We welcome candidates from backgrounds such as commercial fitouts, carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, warehouse racking, steel installation, glazing, kitchen fitting or similar installation trades.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Experience leading or supervising installation teams
· Strong practical installation skills
· The ability to work independently and make sound decisions on-site
· Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
· High standards with exceptional attention to detail
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· A customer-first attitude and pride in delivering quality work
· A full clean Category B driving licence
