Full job description

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead and inspire our bathroom and kitchen design, supply, and fit business. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first consultation through to project completion.

You will be responsible for creating a winning sales culture, coaching and developing the sales team, increasing revenue, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and a high-quality finished product.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds sales targets.
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new and existing sales consultants.
Create a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Drive showroom and inbound sales while identifying new business opportunities.
Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs, coaching, and regular reviews.
Develop sales strategies that maximise revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from design consultation to installation.
Work closely with the design, operations, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans for senior management.
Lead by example with a hands-on approach to selling and customer engagement.

A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering quality and service.
