Full job description

Assist in planning and implementing sales to specific major accounts to retain clients' business and grow those opportunities. This will be accomplished by learning what clients' goals are and helping clients achieve them. Cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and demonstrating account management skills are crucial aspects of the work. This is a transitional role, focusing on learning and practicing relationship and account management skills. Full knowledge of the product line and its applications is required.

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced National Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the Ireland business in Dublin, where we are now certified as a Great Place to Work!

The delivery of the commercial P&L of one of our Top 3 customers will be your primary responsibility.

What you’ll do:

Understanding your Business and Leveraging Financial Concepts: You will work with internal and external resources to identify sales opportunities through data analysis and intellectual curiosity. You will develop financial competence and will be responsible for leading internal forecasting and growing customer specific P&Ls.
Selling with Impact and Insights: You will work closely with other functional areas to develop- simplify- and sell account specific strategies. You will interpret data and use your creativity to influence through engaging stories that solve your retailer's needs.
Implementing Commercial Plans: You will move with speed and agility to deliver solution-focused plans with your retailer. You will engage in project management to deliver winning plans in store and online whilst also engaging in negotiations that generate mutually beneficial solutions for you and your customer.

What you’ll need:

Prior experience in customer relationship management
Confidence to sell commercial propositions, together with strong negotiation skills
Consistent track record of problem solving as an owner; taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred

Compensation

For this position, the gross annual target base salary range is between:

68,796.00 - €76,440.00

This is based on a full-time contract and depending on your skills and experience.

In addition, this position is eligible for a performance-based bonus up to:

25%

This bonus is subject to the terms and conditions of the bonus scheme.
