Job Description:
At AXA Ireland, we’re recruiting for a Strategy and Performance Manager for our Chief Operating Office.

-
Act as key liaison for COO priorities, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

-
Collaborate with Finance on benefits realization, value tracking, and budget management.
-
Challenge priorities, identify duplication, and surface risks and dependencies to support better decision-making.
-
Oversee operational dashboards and reports.
-
Lead/ manage resources to efficiently achieve financial targets, implementing and executing the planning, forecasting, and managing of budgets.
What we’re looking for:
-
7+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior business roles (essential), preferably in insurance or financial services
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience (essential)
