We are looking for imaginative, innovated, and motivated people with a passion for cooking to add to our professional team of Chefs. We have opportunities are available across all levels to join our established team.

As part of the Kitchen team, you will be operating in exciting, fast-paced quality service outlets. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Kitchen management team. This is a great opportunity to grow develop a career.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:

Minimum of 1 year’s previous experience.
HACCP training and knowledge

Personal Qualities

Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
Be self-motivated, being able to work alone with good personal organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

To run and /or supervise any kitchen station to the required standards as set by the Executive Chef.
To help prepare and produce all dishes to a consistently high standard.
To ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service.
To ensure all agreed cleaning schedules and adhered to and HACCP guidelines and principles are followed so to monitor food safety and hygiene safety in the Kitchen.
Responsible for supervising and training when needed and depeing on level and experience.
To prepare, cook and present all dishes within area of responsibility to the correct menu specification regarding quality and quantity.
