Requirements:

Chef Qualification

2-4 years previous experience in a similar background and role

HACCP Knowledge and Training

Certification from a recognised body

Basic Computers and Fluent English

Ability to work across all services breakfast, lunch and dinner

Flexibility to work across all disciplines within the Kitchen
