We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our breakfast & brunch concept.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience minumum 2 years as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of breakfast and brunch cuisine
- Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
- Creativity and attention to detail in menu execution
