Experienced National Account Manager with at least 3-5 years’ experience, engaging at a senior trading level along with a track record of delivering results in the FMCG sector. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, delivering profitable sales growth, and managing the full commercial agenda across assigned accounts. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the FMCG food sector, coupled with a proven ability to influence and deliver against demanding targets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the management of key strategic retail partners for Aryzta Food Solutions. Measured on EBIT targets with an emphasis on developing channel strategies to support business targets.
Development of the strategic business plan through a front-facing sales plan supported by an internal customer service function.
Development of strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
Creation and execution of Joint Business Plans inclusive of head office/ group business & key stakeholders both internal and external.
In conjunction with the Field Sales team, devising strategic plans to win new business alongside delivery of in-store activation and events for retailers.
Responsibility for channel forecast and delivery of manufactured, seasonal lines, new product development and gap filling initiative’s – Full responsibility for 500+ skus that support the retail channel across Bakery and Food to Go categories.
Negotiate and delivery of key category initiatives such as price increases and beneficial trading terms for Aryzta. Win/ Win approach mentality to deliver against commodity and currency challenges.
Negotiate and delivery of key category initiatives such as Brand activation and NPD – responsible for a full plan from market pricing/ volumes/ key stakeholders, support & buy in.
Monthly and Quarterly Account review meetings with relevant National Account Head Offices. Levels of interaction from Trading/ Brand Directors/Trading Directors and Sales.
Event organisation and management of Trade Shows and manage support function as required.
Efficient resolution of customer service issues.
Day to day administration and evaluation, cost card management and product portfolio such as promotional evaluation.

Education & Experience:
Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
Proven experience as a NAM within FMCG, preferably in food manufacturing.
Strong track record managing large Retail accounts.
Demonstrated commercial acumen.
Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
Highly analytical with strong forecasting and financial planning capabilities.
Ability to manage complexity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Excel, Power Point and sales data analysis tools & customer portals
