THREE STEPS is a trauma-informed, attachment-focused residential care provider based in Co. Meath. They work in partnership with key agencies like the Health Service Executive and Tusla to support children, young people, and adults with disabilities.

As a Social Care Worker, your role is to:

Provide safe, compassionate, and structured care ❤️
Support individuals with emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs
Apply trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches
Work collaboratively within a professional care team

This is a relationship-based role where your impact is seen in the day-to-day progress and wellbeing of those in care

2️⃣ Meet the Professional Requirements

To work in this role, you must meet essential standards:

Hold a Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Social Care or a related field
Be registered (or eligible for registration) with CORU ✅
Have a full clean manual driving licence

CORU registration is critical—it ensures you:

Meet national professional standards ️
Are accountable to a code of practice
