Salary: €39,100 - €56,349 (FTE), pro rata based on contracted hours
Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across North County Dublin. We work alongside the people we support to create opportunities, promote independence and support people to live meaningful, connected lives within their communities.
As Prosper Fingal prepares to welcome new admissions to our services from September, we are looking for Social Care Workers to join our teams across North County Dublin.
Specific locations and contracted hours are currently being finalised. Interviews will take place over the coming weeks, with successful candidates considered for upcoming opportunities based on service requirements, location and contracted hours.
As a Social Care Worker, you will:

Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Support people to build independence and develop everyday living skills.

Work alongside individuals to identify and achieve their personal goals.

Promote choice, inclusion and active participation in community life.

Build positive relationships with the people we support, their families and colleagues.

Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Deliver supports in line with relevant standards, guidance and Prosper's values.

CORU registration as a Social Care Worker (essential).

A QQI Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or another qualification recognised by CORU.

A full, clean manual driving licence (essential).

Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills.

Experience in disability services is desirable.

Knowledge of person-centred practice and relevant standards.
